Clinton arrives in Middle East as hopes for truce rise
GAZA CITY — Palestinian militants fired a rocket toward Jerusalem on Tuesday, causing an explosion moments after air raid sirens sounded across the city. Western diplomats arrived in the Middle East to try to push forward cease-fire talks between Israel and Hamas that might lead to a long-term peace.
